As a friendly neighbour, we are deeply concerned over the development of situation in Kyrgyz capital and other areas, and we sincerely hope that order can be restored as soon as possible and relevant issues can be resolved through the legal channel. An early restoration of order in Kyrgyzstan is in the interests of the Kyrgyz people and conducive to regional peace and stability.
