From August 14th to 15th, Dr. Yuan Xudong, Counsellor in charge of science and technology affairs, and Dr. Peng Xiaoyang, Second Secretary, visited Turku at the host’s invitation. They attended the Food for Sustainability and Health Symposium and relevant activities held by the Finland-China Food and Health Network, visited the Turku PET Center, Åbo Akademi University, Turku Bioscience Center, and Turku Science Park, and held discussions with Rector of the University of Turku Jukka Kola, Vice Rector of the University of Turku Kalle-Antti Suominen, Director of Turku PET Center Juhani Knuuti and other experts and scholars, exchanging views on issues in deepening China-Finland science and technology cooperation, talent exchange and others.
