In accordance to a policy ratified by the State Council of China, tour groups (consisting of at least five persons) of Finnish citizens, holding ordinary Finnish passports and organized by international travel agencies in Hainan Province of China whose registrations have been approved by the National Tourism Administration, are exempt of the requirement of Chinese visa to enter Hainan Province of China. The tour group's maximum duration of stay in China is 15 days. The above visa policy has already come into force.
