If your computer doesn't have the latest version of  Adobe Acrobat Reader, you need to download it from its website:http://ardownload.adobe.com/pub/adobe/reader/win/7x/7.0.8/enu/psa30se_ytb612_a708_DLM_en_us.exe. The visa application form needs to be opened by the Adobe Acrobat Reader 7.0 (or above).
